Yes - All our frames comes in a plain box with a little sticker saying 'handmade with love'. If you would like extra gift wrapping then please contact us directly to discuss.

Each item is handmade to order. Standard processing time is typically 24hrs, plus delivery time depending on your location. Orders in before midday will usually be shipped the same day, orders after this time will ship the following day.

Yes! You can upgrade to express shipping at checkout. Please get in touch if you have a specific date in mind.

For parcel items, yes, most UK orders are sent via Evri with tracking included. For card items, no, UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Second Class which doesn't provide any tracking information. But if you experience any issues, please just give us a shout.
